About Our Service

Our bond clean covers every area of the property using the REIQ-approved checklist. This includes all rooms (vacuumed, mopped, and dusted), kitchen (oven, stovetop, rangehood, benches, cupboards inside and out), bathrooms and toilets, windows and tracks, skirting boards, light fittings, and wall spot cleaning. Optional add-ons include carpet steam cleaning and garage cleaning.

The duration depends on the size and condition of the property. A standard two-bedroom unit typically takes 4 to 6 hours, while a four-bedroom house may take 8 to 10 hours. We'll give you an accurate time estimate when you request your quote.

No, you do not need to be present. Many clients arrange a key handover or leave the property accessible. Our team is fully vetted and insured, so you can have peace of mind while you focus on your move.

No, we bring everything we need including all professional-grade cleaning products, equipment, and supplies. Just make sure the property has access to power and running water.

For a thorough bond clean, the property should ideally be empty of furniture and personal belongings. This allows us to clean all floor areas, the inside of built-in wardrobes, and all surfaces properly. If some items remain, please let us know when booking and we'll accommodate where possible.

Bond Back Guarantee & Pricing

Yes. If your property manager raises any cleaning-related issues from our service, we will return to the property and re-clean the affected areas at no extra charge. This guarantee is valid for 72 hours from the completion of your clean, subject to the property not being re-occupied or re-dirtied.

Pricing is based on the size of the property (number of bedrooms and bathrooms), the condition, and which additional services you require (such as carpet cleaning or oven cleaning). We provide a fixed upfront price with no hidden fees once we understand the details of your property.

No. We provide a fixed-price quote before work begins, and that is the price you pay. There are no surprise charges on the day. The only exception is if we discover significant additional work that was not disclosed at the time of quoting, in which case we will always discuss this with you before proceeding.

Yes, we offer discounted rates when you combine multiple services. For example, booking carpet steam cleaning at the same time as a bond clean attracts a reduced combined rate compared to booking each service separately.

We recommend booking at least 3 to 5 days in advance to ensure availability, especially during busy periods at the end of the month. However, we do accommodate short-notice bookings where possible, so it's always worth calling even if your move-out date is very soon.

Yes, we are available 7 days a week including weekends and public holidays. We understand that move-out dates don't always fall on convenient days, so we offer flexible scheduling to suit your situation.
